We’ll examine types of self-talk (positive, instructional, and negative) and introduce cognitive restructuring strategies to replace unhelpful thoughts. For focus, we’ll cover attentional styles, mindfulness, and short drill routines that sharpen concentration. Together, these tools create a practical toolkit for staying composed and clear-headed in competition.
